Cozy Room, Wonderful Setting!

We’re not fancy, but we have a comfortable home, a lovely neighborhood and at a good price! Coffee and tea are always available. Make your own food or eat at one of our towns quality restaurants. Be as private as you like or come share conversation with us. Please read house rules before booking. The space Yellow Springs is a charming village of about 3500 people. We live just under 2 miles from the town center and have a lovely backyard with deer, birds and other wildlife. In the summer, you can sit on the back deck and enjoy the view with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. Stay with us while you enjoy our village, ride our bike paths, walk in the nature preserve or hang out in our multiple coffee shops. We love meeting people from all walks of life and countries. You can be as private as you like or join us for coffee and chats. The bedroom we offer is in the lower level of our bi-level home. It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s clean and comfortable. It has a single bed, desk, dresser and a place to hang clothes. There is also a full bathroom in the downstairs, for guest use only. We offer wireless internet, on and off street parking and kitchen privileges. Breakfast is not included, but coffee and tea is available anytime. Please be sure to read the notes before booking. We’ve had to add an occupancy tax of 3%, currently included in the price. Other things to note The bedroom is for one overnight guest only. No extra guests permitted unless prior arrangements have been made. There is a space for couples (not in bedroom but fairly private) and you’ll need to send a message about it before booking as I’ll have to send a special offer. Please check-in between 4 and 8:00 unless prior arrangements have been made. Also note: per new regulations in our Village, we are now required to charge a 3% occupancy tax. This has been incorporated into the price of the room. We have also added an Aussiedoodle pup to our family. She does not go downstairs to the guest area unless invited. She does tend to bark when people enter the house but warms up pretty quickly. She’s a little shy so be patient with her. She is otherwise a delightful dog. She is now 8 yrs old
