My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, the people and the relaxing atmosphere. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets with a one time fee). We are your vacation rental headquarters….carpediem. The space This is a part of "old Florida " the cottages date from the 40's and each has its own uniqueness. If you are looking to relax and kick back this is it. If you are looking for glitz night life and high end lifestyle keep looking. we are a beach lifestyle! Guest access All guests have access to the bay front area and the dock. There is a community laundry room and inside there are some beach supplies. We stock it 1x per year with coolers chairs etc.. normally by the end of the year things are missing or broken and then we replace those supplies. There is parking beside each unit. There are 2 grills in the property for guests. Other things to note Please note the area suffered floods and a hurricane so some amenities may not be available please ask if there is something that makes or breaks your stay as we will continue to rebuild. We do allow pets for a fee. Dogs under 40 pounds and small cats 1-4 days $40, 4-10 days $65, 11-15 days $75 one month $150 Large breeds or extremely hairy are $55, $75, $100, $190. All guests must be included on the reservation. Booking guests will require identification. Guests are required to sign a waiver and the rental agreement.
