By confirming your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms. 🔑 Check-in & Check-out Self Check-in: This facility is unmanned. Access is provided via a Remote Lock (PIN code). Legal Requirement: Under Japanese law, all guests must register their information. Guests residing outside Japan must provide a copy of their passport. Your PIN code will be issued only after this registration is complete. Check-in: 15:00 – 23:00 / Check-out: By 10:00 Early check-in or late check-out is generally not available. Please consult us in advance if needed. 🧴 Amenities & Facilities We provide everything you need for a "light-luggage" trip: Amenities: Toothbrush, body sponge, hairbrush, slippers, and pajamas (adult size). Bath: Bath/face towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Entertainment: Smart TV with YouTube & Netflix (please use your own account). Please pay this on-site (instructions will be provided). ⚠ House Rules & Penalties Please respect the following rules to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors and ensure safety. 1. No Smoking & No Parties Strictly Non-Smoking: No smoking (including e-cigarettes) in the room, on the balcony, or around the building. No Noise/Parties: This is a residential building. Parties, events, and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Please be quiet at night. 2. Stay Rules Towels: One set of bath and face towels is provided per person. Restricted Areas: Please do not touch or open the closets containing host supplies/inventory. Trash: Please follow the designated sorting rules. You must take large trash (e.g., broken suitcases) home with you. 3. Penalties (Violations) In case of violation, the following penalties plus actual damages will be charged: Smoking, Noise, or Illegal Trash Dumping: 50,000 JPY each. Lost Key: 20,000 JPY. Unreported Extra Guests: 50,000 JPY per additional person. Damage/Theft of Equipment: Full cost of repair or replacement.
