Located near Tennyson Shopping District,Olde Towne Arvada, and Inspiration Point Park.Easy access to I-70 means just 25 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Denver. Please note: we have two kids, and since we live upstairs you will hear some footsteps and other noise during the day, but night-time is calm and quiet. The space The BNB is on the lower level of our home. It's private, with its own entry through a key-coded door. The space features a large, open kitchen - dining - living room, a bathroom, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has large, undressed windows, a large couch and a queen size luxury air bed. The BnB is about 1000 square feet in all. Guests have access to the yard, patios, hot tub, and shade garden. Smoking / vaping is not allowed inside, but is always allowed outside. Guest access Access is through the door on the north side, at ground level. Parking is on the street with no restrictions.
