The space ---Arky's Ocean & River front House 175# This is an independent house equipped with most of the fully daily supplies. It contains a bedroom with king size bed and a living room. There have 2 single beds in living room for family children. ( It will not shares the public areas with main House 181# in 2022 year) About Arky's B&B Located at the mouth of Smith River, our two houses will bring you the unique experience of living by the west cost of America: Pacific Ocean, seagulls and seals, and of course, the beach. Our garden directly connects to the river. You can take a walk along the bank, or if you want, to the seals. The Redwood Adventure Park is very close. Go take a walk, listen to the birds, to the trees, and cleanse your mind. Service provided and managed by Arky Yang, LLC Guest access Every things in our house 175# is available for you! For 2022 year , the main house 185# will not shared to guests For 2022 year, we DO NOT offer breakfast service. We will put milk/eggs/bread/juice and other food materials in refrigerator, so guests can make breakfast by themselves. There have a kitchen in the house 175#. We will keep the house empty minimum 20 hours before guests check in , for UV and ozone disinfection
