Private bedroom (queen bed), 7 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City in Bountiful, Utah. 15 minutes to airport; 15 minutes to Salt Palace . Private entrance, shared kitchen and laundry, shared bathroom. We provide transportation to and from the airport for a low fee. No pets. Sorry, we are not set up for children at present. No smoking on the property, or on the sidewalk or in front of our neighbors houses. No candles, incense, or essential oils. The space We have a lovely bedroom with a queen size bed available in the lower portion of our home. Comfortable private room with desk, chair, dresser, and closet. Shared kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove, laundry), shared bathroom with two sinks and tub/shower option. Grocery store, bus a short walk away! WIFI included! Bus to downtown Salt Lake City a short walk. Central air! Host lives on site. High speed internet 115Mbps We do not provide laundry Soap The current severe drought in Utah has resulted in the City of Bountiful imposing water restrictions at this time. We ask our guests to limit time in the shower and use less water when washing their dishes. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access You enter our Airbnb rooms independently by walking down our driveway through a large gate towards the back of our house. Turn right and you will see a large white door with a welcome sign on it. At nighttime, motion sensor lights will guide your way. You will access a shared kitchen and shared bath. You may also use the washer and dryer, laundry soap is included! In the summer, we have a vegetable garden that we share. Other things to note Deer frequent the orchard behind our home and our backyard. We are not set up for children at this time. No pets.
