The space Welcome to our Spanish/Mediterranean-inspired villa, offering a blend of nature and cozy cottage charm on 2 acres of land. The Airbnb is a private guesthouse located behind the main house, where the host resides. While we live on the property, we take great care to respect your privacy. In fact, many guests never see us at all, as we keep blinds closed and outdoor interactions to a minimum. Assistance is available if needed, but we respectfully strive to maintain a peaceful and private experience for you. We have all the right ingredients and amenities for whatever mood you’re in: TV loaded with streaming services (please abstain from rentals/purchases unless using your own account) , Pool Table, swimming pool and a large fenced yard. A Patio with chairs and tables as well as a barbecue pit are also available if you like to grill. A Firepit is available for cold days/winter months. Our pool is always clean and ready for those who would like to take a swim, please note that the pool is not heated, but may be warmer during hot days. Use of the patios and pool is for the guests listed on the reservation only - no outside guests are allowed without prior approval and a maximum of 6 visitors are allowed,there is a $ 10.00 fee per visitor and they must leave by 10pm the quiet time, parking is available for 2cars max,please read over the house rules and let the host know that you agree these are part of the house rules if not adhered to you may be asked to exit the property. Please notify host if you will need more parking. Other things to note Cable, Netflix and Wifi is available, we do ask that you do not order movies on PayperView/ other streaming services unless logged into your own personal account. Guests will be expected to pay additional fees if they have not verified purchases on their own account. We do have a curfew for loud music after 10:00 pm, music is allowed as long as it is turned down, you can use the pool at anytime as long as noise is kept down after 10:00 pm out of respect for neighbors.
