Clean and safe place close to DFW Airport (Room 3)

Our house is in a very quiet, nice and safe neighborhood. The DFW airport is just 15 minutes drive away. The DART 401 Bus Line is 10 minutes walk away (visit DART website for train and bus schedules). Restaurants and Parks are within walking distance. You will access to our kitchen as well. The space This room has a queen-size bed. It can fit 2 people very comfortably. It is a relatively small room: about 100 square feet. It has a 32-inch TV that is connected to antenna so you can watch live TV (70+ local channels). It is also equipped with Chromecast so you can stream your favorite shows. The closet is mostly empty so you are welcome to put your luggage and belongings there. There is a small folding desk and a chair in the room. The view from the window is nice (to the street). Guest access You can all areas of the house (the living room, the kitchen, the home gym, backyard, etc) except for other bedrooms and the garage. During your stay One of us is generally at home during the day, and we are both generally at home in the evening and at night. If you need us to present during the day, one of us can generally be there in about half an hour. Other things to note We also ask that you take off your shoes when you enter the house. There are shoe racks on the right when you enter. If you have clean indoor slippers, you are welcome to wear them inside the house. Our dog, Loco, was a stray that we rescued. He is a timid dog that is curious but not aggressive. He is afraid of strangers and does not let strangers near him. He only barks if someone is at the door, or if he sees some strangers through the windows. We have a home gym that you are welcome to use at your own risk (shown in one of the pictures). We ask that you don't drop any weight on the floor. The toilet in the shared bathroom is installed with a bidet. You are welcomed to use it but you don't have to. The actual bed sheets and comforter may be different from the pictures as we change out bed sheets and comforter every time someone moves out. We may have a couple other options if you don't like what you see. We have a large side-by-side refrigerator dedicated for guests use--perfect for long-term guests. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven. You can use our pots and pans to do some light cooking. If you need to do elaborate cooking that takes up the entire kitchen, please first get our permission and coordinate with us. Registration Details 019318
