Comfortable private basement in Northern Columbus

This cozy private basement space is perfect for guests traveling to Columbus from out of town. You will be so close to lots of the best destinations in town! -Airport: 12 miles -Downtown: 12 miles -Ohio State University: 11 miles -All stadiums & arenas (Schottenstein, Nationwide, MAPFRE, Ohio St. football): 9 miles or less -Easton Town Center: 6 miles There are also several parks very close by if you plan on bringing dogs and/or kids. Easy access to public transit and highways to get around. The space Your own private basement includes a living room, big screen TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, ESPN. You have your own private 1/2 bath. The bedroom is large with a queen size bed, dedicated workspace, a bowflex, and closet. You will be given a key to lock your private bedroom. There is also a mini fridge in your bedroom to keep food and drinks during your stay. There are only 2 shared spaces; one is the shower, which is upstairs, and the other is the kitchen. Feel free to use the kitchen during your stay. The backyard is fully fenced in if you have dogs. There is plenty of room to park in the driveway. We also have a nice covered patio in the backyard to sit and relax through out your stay. Our house has an August smart lock (you will be required to download the August app, you’ll get an email from August with directions with a confirmed booking). You wont need a key to get in and out of the house. You wont have to worry about keeping track of the keys during your stay. Guest access AirBnb guests have full private access to the basement. You will have shared access to the kitchen and dining area. The covered patio and back yard are also accessible as a shared space. If you need to shower please fell free to access the upstairs bathroom but please be mindful that this is a shared shower, and guests have their own access to a prit1/2 bath in the basement. Upstairs bedrooms are strictly off limits. During your stay I will be available by phone throughout your stay. I can interact with you as little or as much as you want within your private space. Other things to note It is important to download the August smart lock app onto your phone for you to be able to lock and unlock the backdoor. Guests will not receive a key to the house, but will receive a key for their private bedroom.
