Private Room in New House w / New Bed

Private upstairs bedroom in brand new household with new carpet. The room includes a brand new faux leather bed w/ storage drawers, and a new cabin chic style bean bag chair from Pottery Barn teen. New bedset will be provided with reservation. House hold is smoke free and is equipped with all new appliances such as dishwasher, fridge, microwave & washer/ dryer. Private bathroom adjacent to the room and washer/ dryer in a cubby closet are outside the door. Guest access You'll have access and use of new appliances such as washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Other things to note Small dogs on the property that can be hyper and playful. Not aggressive by any means. Just don't be surprised if they try to pounce or ask to be pet. They love people and get excited when guests are around.
