**PLEASE NOTE: Truckee and TD limit our occupancy to 8 guests over the age of 13. Our home is best suited to families** My place is close to Tons of outdoor activity, family-friendly activities, the beach, and Tahoe Donner amenities. You’ll love my place because of It's made to be your base-camp for the outdoors, and comfortable living indoors. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The space Wide open spaces inside and out! Located in the mountains just outside Truckee, Tahoe Donner is the premier area for North Tahoe adventure. Our open floor plan allows you to reconnect and interact with plenty of space to have some quiet time as well. We are just 25 minutes from world class downhill skiing at Squaw Valley/Alpine, Northstar and Sugar Bowl. Tahoe Donner downhill is ideal for families just starting out-inexpensive and just 10 minutes away. Tahoe Donner Cross Country is the second largest course in the west. Not a skier? Snow shoeing and snow biking are also available at the cross country center. Trout Creek Rec center offers a full fitness center, lap pool (heated and open year round) free weight and machines, regularly scheduled fitness classes and massage-a spa day awaits! Guest access You'll have full access to our home and garage. We have a couple of closets locked, otherwise we give you the keys to a great holiday! Access to Private Amenities: Each Short-Term Tenant Card provides access to one individual (ages 3+) per day to private amenities; a Daily Access Fee is required for entry. These cards are hanging inside the front door. Access Blackouts and Limitations: To prioritize member access during the holidays, Short-Term Tenant Card blackouts are being implemented on the following dates: Jan 17-19 (MLK Day) Feb 14-16 (President’s Day) May 23-25 (Memorial Day) July 1-5 (July 4th) Sept 5-7 (Labor Day) Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day) Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday) Access to Public Amenities: Short-term tenants do not qualify for personal guest discounts and are considered public when participating in public amenity offerings. Other things to note Weather in the mountains changes quickly. You should always carry chains and be prepared for changing road conditions.
