This spacious apartment is located at the safe heart of Binghamton. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room (750-sqft in total), located in a historical building with private entrance. We welcome professionals, families, and groups. Self check-in & same-day booking are supported. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are within 0-5 minutes' walk. Binghamton University is 10 minutes' drive, with bus stops downstairs. Interstates 81, 86, 88 are within 5 minutes' drive. Free parking is available. The space The loft has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with a full-sized bed. In addition, the large living room has one chair and one couch. A/C and heating are available with no extra cost. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. The loft is located on the second floor of a 2-story historical brick building. The first floor entrance opens up directly to the street, with safe key code access. After 2 flights of steps, you will find the entrance to the loft itself (named 2F). Your rental includes the entire two-bedroom apartment. There is no sharing with others. Guest access We welcome families with small children. High chair is available upon request. We also welcome groups of up to 4 guests. Bed linen and bath towels will be provided to match the size of your party. We also welcome professionals. The apartment is equipped with a desk (suitable for laptop use), wireless Internet, ironing board, and iron. Free parking for one vehicle in the back of the building. See details in the "Directions" section. Additional street parking is available. There are free hours at night and on some weekend days. For your safety, the exterior of our building and the parking lot are equipped with motion cameras. Free wifi is also available. See details in the "guest information" book in the apartment. Other things to note Our apartment was repainted in March 2026. Some walls may have a different color from what you see in the photos. The new color is of a gray hue called “Niebla Azul.” Exposed bricks and wooden ceilings remain the same as what you see in the photos. We will update photos in the coming weeks.
