Tiny home in Bellingham

Located in the Fountain Urban Village/Broadway Park area our private 400 square foot studio apartment is the perfect place to stay. This clean, quiet and well-lit apartment has a private entrance with keyless entry, allowing guests to come and go as they please. The apartment offers the perfect location to walk or ride a bike to downtown or WWU. Access to garage to store bikes or other gear. The space The apartment has a full kitchen and all the tools to prepare meals. The grocery store is two blocks away. Television and Wifi, linens and towels are all included. We provide a few snacks and refreshments and coffee/tea with (cream and sugar). Lots of wood and radiant floor heat makes for a warm and cozy space. Enjoy your own music with the provided blue-tooth speaker or make your own music with the Baby Taylor guitar. The apartment is very private. The space is above the garage and is well suited for a couple. There is a couch and a cushioned bench in addition to the bed, but neither are suited for sleeping, unless for a small child. Downtown Bellingham is a walkable distance to enjoy a dinner out, show at the Pickford, music or enjoy one of the many Bellingham breweries. The Saturday Farmers Market is less than 2 miles away in downtown Bellingham. WWU is less than 3 miles away. Access to the garage allows you to borrow a bike, sporting equipment or securely store your own outdoor gear. No smoking on the property. Thank you! We also have a tandem bicycle that is great for riding into Bellingham or Fairhaven to see the sights or go to dinner or for a drink. Access to garage is available for storage of bikes or outdoor gear. Other things to note The apartment is located up a set of stairs above our garage and has a private entrance. The bed is tucked away in the corner of the unit and you must step up to get in and out. This may be a challenge if you have mobility issues. Please see pictures in listing. The bathroom has a shower, but no bath. We request that there be no smoking on the property. Thank you!
