Private Room and Bath in Clean and Quiet Townhouse

Quiet Townhouse 4.4 miles to the Temecula Wineries and 2.3 miles from Old Town Temecula. Simple and clean upstairs room with private bathroom. Park on the street. The wineries are very close by Uber or car. The bus to Pechanga is at the end of the main street. We can accommodate extra guests. The room can be arranged with a single bed and futon or two single beds. The rooms can be available anytime of the day/night if the calendar is open. The space The room is cleaned after each stay: sanitized, vacuumed, and double checked. Sheets and towels are replaced after each stay. Sheets and towels are sanitized with detergent, hot water and bleach. If I smell strange odors I bring in an ionizer. During your stay I keep the house very minimalist with little clutter. You will have tons of privacy and most likely only interact with the other AirBnb guests. Many guest liked this experience since most are there for weddings and winery tours. Other things to note First time AirBnB'ers please remember you are sharing a house. Sheets, towel and utensils are personal property. This is not a hotel chain so please take care of them. If you come back after drinking all day/night and get sick, please clean up after yourself. Please don't leave the trash overflowing and on the floor. Make-up wipes are in the medicine cabinet and sanitary wipes are by the bed and in the bathroom please use them instead of the towels. Thanks!
