Other things to note ●Guests are responsible for electric bill the fee of $250 per month of stay will be added on and any overage due within 3 days ●Heating and A/C : lowest AC will be 73° and highest heat setting is 78° this is set so the unit will not overheat or freeze up the coils causing damage . Please shut doors and keep windows closed so home can maintain setting and work efficiently
