This is two condo units combined (two entire floors). Walk to Katie Made Bakery for breakfast sandwiches, stroll to the East End Beach, check out the local breweries, grab lunch in the Old Port, and stop by Munjoy Hill Tavern on your way back. Please ask host first if planning a party. The space You will have two whole floors that can be accessed together through the internal or external stairways. The third floor has a small porch with some chairs. There's also a courtyard shared with the building next door with a grill, plenty of seating, and a table! Guest access There are electronic deadbolts on the front doors. You'll have that code and never have to worry about keys!!
