Located about 30 miles west of San Antonio’s famous Riverwalk in the historic town of Castroville, this split-level house offers 3 private suites. The host lives on site in a separate structure and is available if needed. All guests must be registered; no events or parties, no entertaining of visitors. This non-smoking property has three private suites, a bonus room with a twin bed and a common kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, cookware and eating utensils. There is free wi-fi access throughout the property. Each bedroom suite is equipped with a king size bed, smart TV, window blinds, ceiling fan, clean linens, towels and toiletries. The Lower Ground Level suite has a king size bed and futon. The adjacent bonus room has a twin bed. The private in-room bathroom has a jetted tub to melt your stress away. The main suite located half a floor above the common kitchen/living/dining area contains a king size bed, balcony with views of the front yard and blackout drapes. The bathroom is located on the same floor at the end of the hall and has a shower and sitting area. The Penthouse suite has a king size bed, private in-room bathroom with shower and a balcony with views of the deck and Medina Valley. Take a walk in the three acres which the property sits on. There is a second rental on the property in a separate structure. Parking on site is always free just be mindful of other guests who may be occupying other structures on the property. The main door requires an access code. Each suite has a coded entry as well. If you want to explore the grounds outside there are several shaded sitting areas, a picnic table by the charcoal grill and wooden benches on the large wooden deck. If you want to watch, the windows in the common area provide views of deer, the yards and parking area. Access to the Medina River for kayaking, swimming and fishing is at the Castroville Regional Park located across Highway 90, about a mile away. The Regional Park also offers a seasonal outdoor pool for lap and recreational swimming. We are about a mile from: Luigi’s Italian Restaurant, Magnolia Filling Station (coffeehouse), Haby’s Bakery, Dziuk’s Meat Market and 4 miles to Walmart. HEB is about 8 miles away on Potranco Rd. in San Antonio. This multi-story split-level property does require stair climbing.
