If you need a quick bite, there are variety of restaurants. There is also pharmacy and supermarket, less than 5 minutes away There is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk that will take you to the Long Island Railroad. In case you need to get to Manhattan. And Uber is another option. There is absolutely no partying , or smoking on premises. If you need to smoke. You can go in the backyard.
