Wawona Home in Yosemite

"Wawona Home" is our vacation rental located in beautiful Wawona, inside Yosemite National Park. It is a 2400-Sq ft., two stories, 3 bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths, a large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, loft area, laundry room, garage, and 2 decks. It's kid-friendly with a foosball table, a pool table and a ping-pong table in the garage, and a separate TV in the kids' room for parents to enjoy some peace and quiet while the kids are having fun. The space The house sleeps up to 10 guests, with a king size bed in the master bedroom downstairs, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom, upstairs. Also available are a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a double-size sleeper futon in the loft. It is within walking distance of the library, the Pine Tree Market, the river, the Wawona school (where there are an athletic field and a basketball court), and several popular trailheads. The Wawona golf course is a mile away from the house, as are the Wawona Hotel, the riding stables, the Pioneer History Museum, Stagecoach Rides and the Wawona Store and Gift Shop. The home is available for vacation rentals during all seasons. The house is equipped with a number of amenities, including a 42 in. HD TV with Netflix streaming movies, PANDORA, surround sound, a large collection of DVDs, music CDs, and Yosemite-related books, laundry room, fireplace, and all linens and towels provided. Dining room table seats 10. Unlimited, free phone calls to U.S. and free, unlimited wireless internet. The home is managed by a property management office which provides it with maintenance personnel and housekeeping. The management company also sets all rates for our property and handles all rental transactions directly with the guest. Our housekeepers have limited time preparing homes this size, it's not like a hotel room. There are no late checkouts as well, if you need more time, it's best to reserve the extra night ahead of time, for the flexibility. Thank you!
