The condo takes up the entire 2nd floor & is all yours . Front and rear entrance / exit . Absolutely-Think of me as a 24 hour concierge 1. Schedule a insta cart delivery for any food /beverages. No street parking permit required for street parking. Easy to find parking. Uber and Lyft 11.50 to 15.00 dollar rides to downtown depending nohow many people riding and time/traffic. Walking distance to great places to eat and Michigan lakefront and beaches.
