Cottage can accommodate up to four adults....No pets. First floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen and a 1/2 bath. A large TV with cable is located in the living room. Two bedrooms and full bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Simple but very neat bathroom. One king and one queen bed. NOTE : Airbnb collects 5.5% State / county tax and 8% room tax.
