Great location, Walking distant to Campus, lots shops & restaurants. Easy access to FWY 13 & 24. The space When you entering the house, you will find a spacious bedroom with two beds in front. Continue go straight through the hallway into the kitchen where our guests like the well equipped with SS appliances, all necessary small tools for them to cook. There is a small table to eat in the kitchen. A large glass dining table and a sofa, TV in the dining room next to kitchen. The sunny bright bedroom is near the back door. The updated full bath next to the laundry equipments. The back door stairs guide you to our quiet & pretty back yard shared with the small house in the back. Fast WiFi service is provided. You can enjoy the sunny bright room in the quiet neighborhood near Willard park. There are four bedrooms and Two bathroom upstairs, including the master suite. Tandem parking on the left side of the house can park 2-3 cars, 4 days a week. Storage space is in the basement. Location is very convenient for guest going to UC campus, shops and restaurants, close to freeways. Guest access Guests will enter the house through the front door, the back door can be used to our back yard and the emergency exit. Garbage and recycle cans are located at the left corner of back yard. You can enjoy your time sit at the quiet, beautiful back yard. Guests come through the foyer, you will see our kitchen and one full bathroom located downstairs, and living/ dining room next to kitchen. Other things to note Guests shall keep quiet in the house. No TV and Laundry operation after 10 Pm. Please wash your dishes immediately after meal.
