The space This is a large remodeled room with a private entrance and with a private bath, has a nice Rinnai wall furnace just for the room (keeps it cozy), Flat Screen Smart Wall TV and Wifi. There is a compact refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a nice bar height table with two swivel stools and a Queen Bed with Plush Linens, Blankets, Pillows and Goose Down Comforter. There an outlet with two USB plug ins to charge your devices. The space has key less entry, its own private entrance. Enjoy. Guest access You will be able to access the front yard. Please park on the far right (in the driveway) to allow both of us to have easy exit and entrance into our parking spaces. CAUTION! In the winter, it may be icy so walk with care.
