Private Suite, 8 mins to Disney

**LONG-TERM ONLY. MIN 31 DAYS**. You get 2 rooms. First room is bdrm w/ a queen-sized bed. Private full bath outside of bdrm. Portable AC. Second room is private living rm, w/ .5 bath, cable TV, fridge, sofabed, & coffee maker. Listing is part of a 4 bedroom house. Owners live in the rest of the house. You have your own entrance and your privacy. A wall separates the listing from the main house. The space One bedroom for sleeping, the other room for lounging. There is a shared wall between the Airbnb unit and the hosts' house. However, there are no shared areas so you have your privacy and your own entrance. You will hear occasional household noise. Because we live in a residential neighborhood, there may be occasional noise from the surrounding neighborhood. Guest access Your own private entrance. Flexible Check-In: We provide you a door code so you can check-in anytime from 3pm onwards, no matter how late your flight comes in. Door code will be provided upon confirmed booking. Room 1 is bedroom with queen size bed. Full bathroom is located outside of the bedroom. Portable AC and ceiling fan in room. Room 2 is private living area, with its own half bath, a sofa bed, a mini dining area, Cable TV/Apple TV, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Ceiling fan. Other things to note PARKING ON TUESDAY NIGHT: Park in the DRIVEWAY. There is street sweeping the following Wednesday early morning. This is to avoid getting a ticket. Street sweeping is every Wed, 8am-12 noon. Please move your car from the driveway by noon. PARKING ON ANY OTHER TIME (EXCEPT TUES NIGHT): Park on the street, preferably in front of the house. There is ample street parking in our cul-de-sac. There is a STOP sign in front of the house; it is okay to park in front of the STOP sign. Street sweeping is every Wed, 8am-12 noon.
