Guest suite in Atlanta

Cozy 1-bedroom hideaway. Walking distance to the Beltline and Grant Park. Just a few miles to downtown and East Atlanta. Sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed in the bedroom and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. TV, kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Outside, a beautiful courtyard to relax in. Parking in driveway close to Airbnb entrance. Minutes to downtown, the Mart, World Congress Center, East Atlanta, the Zoo, CNN and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The space This space is colorful, very home'y and a great place to relax. There's a comfortable couch to sit and watch TV, read or play games. There's a one-of-a-kind, vintage armoire in the living area that houses a small fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and water glasses, wine glasses, silverware and plates. Outside the front door there’s a beautiful courtyard with a table that seats 4. Perfect for coffee in the mornings or to sit and read. There is no sink to wash dishes in, but I've provided a wash bin to put dirty dishes in and if you set that outside your door I'll wash them and give you the clean ones back. There can be laundry service provided for longer stays. I will consider stays with pets so please reach out to inquire if you are seeking to stay with your fur buddy. There will be an extra cleaning fee. This is a basement apt that is connected to my house. Completely private with its own entrance. The house is: 1 block off the Beltline - walk to Ponce City Market, Krog Street, the Beacon, or even Piedmont Park (some walks longer than others, but all great, scenic, people watching opportunities) .3 miles or quick walk down the Beltline to Drip Coffee .3 miles or so, a quick Beltline walk to some great restaurants and bars in Glenwood Park or Kroger. .8 miles or a Beltline walk to Muchacho, a really good taco place where you can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. .8 miles from I-20 1 mile to Zoo Atlanta and Grant Park (it's a great walk up there) 1.1 miles to Cabbagetown which is fun to walk around as well as great restaurants, Carroll Street Cafe, Petit Chou, Milltown Arms 1.5 miles to King Memorial Marta Station (Atlanta's public transportation) 2.5 miles to AmericasMart 2.5 miles to Downtown - visit the World of Coca-Cola, the Aquarium, Center for Civil and Human Rights Guest access You'll have full access to the 1 bedroom apt.
