Casual, comfortable Coastal home with VIEWS of Topsail Island and the Waterway. We are approx 15 miles from the Topsail Island bridge which connects the mainland to Topsail Island. Relax on the front decks outside your room & enjoy the scenery. Guests have their own kitchen . We do have another listing so please be aware the kitchen will be shared. Hosts live upstairs & have their own kitchen. Quiet hours - 10 pm to 7 am. Eating & drinking in kitchen/outside decks only.Water is fine. The space On premises parking. The guests have their own kitchen . Front decks are great for relaxing and enjoying the view of the ICWW across the street and a view of Topsail Island . Please be aware that we have another listing and that there will be other guests. Bedroom locks on doors Guest access All guests have access to their own decks via sliding glass doors. During your stay The Hosts live in another part of the home. Your hosts are only as available as you would like them to be. If not at home, we are only a phone call away. Our desire is for our guests to have a quiet and relaxing time. Other things to note Please be aware that upon booking, a facial photo is required . We take safety and security seriously!
