The space The villa has all the equipment for you to have an amazing holiday! Swim in the 12m by 4m infinity pool and relax on one of the sun deck loungers with spectacular views of the Gulf of Thailand and the island's famous sunsets. You can also sip a cocktail or simply enjoy a meal at the pool bar. Also take advantage of the spacious sala to meet around the large table. An outdoor plancha is also available to prepare barbecues with local flavors. In the air-conditioned indoor living room, you can relax thanks to the smart TV and its comfortable armchairs and sofa. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare small meals and enjoy them around the large dining table. With a microwave, Nespresso machine, wine cellar and dishwasher, you will feel right at home! The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms on different levels. In each bedroom, there is a private bathroom and toilet, a large dressing room to store your belongings, a safe for your personal effects and a mini fridge. Below, the king size bed with a desk area opens onto a private terrace to admire the view. In the master bedroom which overlooks the villa, the large office space allows you to work while admiring the view, ideal for digital nomads. Treat yourself to a moment of serenity and well-being in the jacuzzi on the 2nd terrace. Please note that, like nearly everywhere on the island, there is currently construction nearby the villa. There is a possibility that noise may be heard from the villa. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur during your stay. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house but feel free to smoke everywhere outside. We would like to inform you that the Thaï law has adopted a very strict policy concerning drugs. In hold or consume may be severely punished. The police is very active on the island to contain this problem. The tenant is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the owner at the beginning of the lease. Please note that an extra fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out. The TENANT undertakes not to cause or allow anyone to make noise or activity in the villa that may disturb the tranquility of the premises or neighbors. No excessive noise after 10pm. The tenant undertakes to use the villa "in good household manner" and to respect the house staff. PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN: this noise and/or activity would constitute a violation of this contract and will result immediately of the end of this contract.
