The sugar white beach with natural sand dunes and beautiful landscaping appeals to this Gulf front, top floor unit. No streets to cross-located right on the beach. Our condo is bright and airy with cheerful decor. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress) in the living room. There are two flat screen televisions with cable and free WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig. This family friendly beach resort is 15 miles west of area attractions yet with over 4000 feet of private beaches offers plenty of amenities for the entire family which includes basketball, tennis, 6 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pools, fitness center, hot tubs, saunas, arcades, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a small putting green, grills and 24 hour security with guarded entrance. Less than a five minute walk on site is Sassy Bass restaurant which offers a variety of food to site the whole family. Located next door is awarding winning Kiva Dunes Golf Course. For an additional small fee parasailing is also available on site. Secluded luxury on sugar white sand beaches yet just 15 miles west of downtown Gulf Shores, Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA Theme Park Park, Waterville USA water park, Charter boat fishing, Historic Fort Morgan, dozens of restaurants and numerous other fun activities. A card swipe laundry facility is located just across the hall. *Please note our condo is 15 miles west of area attractions. ***All guests receive a "starter pack" of laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, trash bag, travel size shampoo, soap, hand soap, one roll of paper towels and toilet paper. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. *** Amenities are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance or repairs. These amenities are not controlled by the host and availability cannot be guaranteed.
