The two apartments are located in a historic farmhouse in Neuendorf / Heide am Bodstedter Bodden. The apartments are cozy and furnished with a lot of love.  The half-timbered house is surrounded by a garden and offers you plenty of peace and nature.   The areas around Neuendorf / Heide and on the Bodden are ideal for families, Baltic Sea lovers, bicycle tourists, anglers, wind & kite surfers and horse lovers.   To the Bodstedter Bodden with ... The space Best suited for 1 person. Accommodates a maximum of 3 people. Size: 90 m² Other things to note ... swimming spot and a small harbor are just a few minutes' walk away. Also not far away are Fuhlendorf and Bodstedt with restaurants, bakers and butchers. From the Bodstedt harbor, you can also take a ferry directly to Prerow on the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea is about 15 minutes away by car. You can also rent a boat in the harbor of Neuendorf/Heide and take a trip across the Bodden yourself. Important: Pets are only allowed in apartment 1! The apartment offers you a double bedroom, a combined living and kitchen area with dining table and a bathroom with shower/toilet. In the living room, the couch can be converted into a sofa bed. A 4th guest is only possible after consultation with the landlady. Important: Pets are only allowed in apartment 1! The apartment on the upper floor is comfortably equipped and has a separate entrance. There is a bedroom and living room on approximately 90 square meters. An open kitchen and extra bed as well as a bathroom. The garden can also be used. Important: Pets are only allowed in apartment 1!
