Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs. The space The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a mounted flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace. There is a private balcony just off the living area and offers beautiful slope views to the south and a gas grill. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and its own private balcony. There is a bonus room that features a queen-sized Murphy bed and a flat screen TV. The Murphy bed can be converted from a sofa to a bed as needed. The room divider can be raised for an open feel or lowered when privacy is needed. The second guest bathroom is near the bedrooms and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers. Here's what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
