Privacy and nature on the edge of the Village with a deck onto the yard, laundry, and small kitchen. You'll enjoy sitting out on the deck listening to the birds and you may see a deer, woodchuck, or chipmunk. Very quiet residential street. Walk to trails (5 min, Bow Street Market (5 min), LLBean (5min), restaurants (5-8min), and Amtrak (4min). Have the best of both worlds! We have an extensive guidebook to the area available through the Airbnb platform. Take a look! (Note: No microwave.) The space This space is great! What really makes this space unique is how separate it feels from the hustle and bustle of Freeport despite being just a few minutes walk away. It is clean, simple, modest, and super comfortable with lots of natural light. We have added new furniture in Spring 2023. The flooring is Pergo-style. The bed is a queen Tempur-Pedic. Third and/or fourth guest can sleep on an air mattress or a high-quality LL Bean guest cot. The yard is great for children too. Back deck is spacious and we have a new table that seats 8. Small TV has basic channels and a DVD and we do have strong wireless. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. provided. If you need anything else, just ask! We have every appliance or kitchen tool you could need. The laundry is in the bathroom, which is adjacent to our space. There is a door connecting the our home with your space. We keep the door locked on our side and you can do the same from your side. Guests staying more than five days can expect us to work out a good time for us to use the laundry while you are out. Note: We offer a drip coffee maker but not a Keurig in order to reduce waste. Guest access All of the spaces in the pictures, with the exception of the loft, are open to guests. Laundry in the bathroom, private parking and entrance, small kitchen. The loft you see the stairs going up to is not included. The backyard, fire pit, and deck are yours to enjoy. Other things to note If you’d like to bring your dog, yay! Reach out in advance of booking & you must list your dog in your booking. We ask that you keep an eye on dirty paws & try to keep them off the furniture or cover it up. If you are staying for only one night with your pet, we will reduce the pet fee to $10. We love having pups! LLBean has fun daily events - yoga, movies, concerts, art activities, and demos — going from July 1 through September 4, 2023 — they are within a few minutes walk from the studio.
