Relax after a long day in a Jacuzzi tub. Equipped with various kitchen appliances and utensils (No Dishwasher). Short drive to parks, groceries & shopping. Smart TV & veggie garden. We're a phone call away if you have any needs. Relax on the deck, enjoy a cozy campfire. No pets due to Mayo Clinic guests’ allergies. The space Charming, Cozy, and Warm home away from home that we recently refurnished and restyled in March 2024. The home is on the main road 1/2 block from Hwy 52. Gatherings are welcomed, and all guests must be accounted for at the time of reservation or send an update as needed for additional guests. Stay warm by the electric fireplace in our living room and cool with AC. Make your stay in Rochester comfortable and affordable. Washer and dryer, hairdryers, Wifi, Smart TV, ironing board, iron, fire pit, grill with propane, deck with umbrella w/patio furniture, and garage use included! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a home-cooked meal. 3 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs. One full-size futon/couch and bath downstairs with a jacuzzi tub (not a hot tub). Partially fenced in backyard with patio furniture. We are on a highway-access street (main road) and most reviews concur that the house is peaceful and quiet while light sleepers do hear noise. Home is price-conscious of the main road location. Kids are always welcomed and treasured! Toys, highchair, pack-n-play, baby-gate are available and disinfected between guests. We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash & lotion to get you started; you may need to refill depending on your stay. Light housekeeping is provided for stays more significant than 10 days for a small fee. The door and garage code will be provided on the day of the check-in 1hr prior. Self Check-in at 3 pm and self-checkout by 11 am. Guest access You will get the whole house and garage use. Other things to note During winter please enter using the back door. Please remove your shoes when entering the house. We are a Green Home, so please recycle and wash full loads of laundry. We do not have a dishwasher.
