A cozy living area, SmartTV/Netflix with DVD player/discs/streaming WiFi, a dining room to enjoy a meal ordered in or what you created in the fully-stocked kitchen (several food items provided), or sleep in resting in the cozy beds. The space This unit has the charm and history of the 1903 building, with updates and finishes of present-day comforts. So make yourself at home, as we’ve provided it all to make that your reality! We’ve got everything you need; fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer (with soap), pots/pans/bakeware along with ALL kitchen tools/gadgets, soft towels, an abundance of throw blankets, board games, and so much more. Relaxation abounds! **Please be aware that this second-story apartment is above the main street of downtown Puyallup, with multiple shops and the main road through downtown below; with that comes a lot of noise! Including the local train, which is a great bonus for ease of travel as the depot is only steps away. We are above several businesses also, such as a gym which may have early-morning classes, a delicious restuarant, and the most adorable women’s consignment boutique. But all of this means you get the best sites, fun people-watching entertainment, and amenities close by. FOR FAMILIES: we have all you need for the adults and kids of every age. We’ve got a pack-n-play with all components, play mat, baby monitor, sound machine, and changing table for the baby. We’ve got dishes/utensils, crayons/coloring books, and toys/books galore for the toddlers. We’ve also provided board games and puzzles.... absolutely everything you need for the entire family. Guest access This is a second-story unit that is accessible via staircase. No elevator access in the 1903 building. The entire unit is available to guests; including a fully-stocked kitchen, bedrooms, living area, full-size bathroom, and full-size washer and dryer. Other things to note Please read the House Rules (that’s not this portion) prior to requesting a booking. There is **no elevator** in the secure building so please be aware it’s 22 steps up to the apartment! It’s well worth the trek. A local blogger has dubbed them the “Stairway to Heaven”! Please message me on the Airbnb app for fastest responses, and phone me should you need immediate attention to an emergency (or 911 if it’s serious and needs the attention of first responders). During cool weather, the heating system is shared amongst all tenants and at an approved temperature. This cannot be adjusted without mutual agreement amongst other building tenants. Also, please be mindful the apartment does not have central air conditioning. – Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect the other apartment tenants, and check-in time is strictly enforced unless prior arrangements have been made – NO PARTIES, no exceptions – NO MORE THAN 6 guests per stay – NO smoking on the property, this includes outside the front door – Please remove shoes in the apartment – Please clean up after yourself – No guns/weapons/illegal substances anywhere in the building – Guests must be those listed in the Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another person – We are not responsible for any lost items or personal injury MINIMUM AGE: 21-years old to check in or to book a reservation. Minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Please never leave children unattended. Due to our cancellation policy, we highly recommend you take out travelers insurance for your peace of mind!
