There are two lounges so that larger groups can spread out or children and adults can have their own space. One of the lounges is set up as a home theatre room with a 65 inch Smart TV and over a thousand DVDs while the other is set up for conversation. The property is private and secluded with beautiful gardens, yet only 3 kms from city centre. Guest access Everything at the property is available for guest use. Guests have full use of the property, the hot tub, 7 kayaks, the home theatre lounge, free, fast fibre Wi-Fi and more. Other things to note There is a boutique luxury lodge next door and occasionally guests may be disturbed by lodge guests arriving or departing by helicopter. There is a helipad next door. You will have the same views of the lake but be paying considerably less for your accommodation. There is a self contained apartment above the garage with internal access. It has a king bed in a bedsit/lounge/kitchenette area, separate single bedroom, separate shower and toilet, and is available for an additional $150 per night. This is only available to those booking the main house - not as a separate booking.
