Cozy old home by College/Downtown/Historic street

Minimum stay of 14 days!!! Cozy little home with lots of character, in a historic neighborhood, 1/2 block from Wheaton College, and 3 blocks from downtown Wheaton/college ave train. Large yard, and enjoyable front porch to sip coffee are just some of the highlights. The home offers parking for 4 cars on premise comfortably. The house has 3 queen beds, a crib, and a couch which could sleep perhaps 1 person. If you don’t mind old homes with their perks, this could be a great place for you. The space The entire home is yours to use, from the front porch, to the spacious backyard, all bedrooms, and 3 common rooms on main floor. Please note that the yard is not fenced and you’ll share it with the neighbors. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note No smoking. Pets need to be approved + extra cleaning fee may apply. Absolutely NO parties allowed due to the fact that we’re in a neighborhood with lots of families unless discussed beforehand with restrictions. Please note that the cleaning fee equates the time our cleaning people spend on average to do *deep cleaning* after each stay (extra steps are required due to Covid). Any additional guests (above 6) will need to be approved and additional fees may apply. Please note the checkout is at 11:00 AM unless discussed otherwise. We require that guests empty all trash, put all dishes in the dishwasher and start it, and leave the keys where they found it prior to their departure.
