One vehicle per unit is allowed in the first come first serve heated parking garage. Boomerang Lodge #5 can be combined with Boomerang 3 for larger groups. Bring on the fun! Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these HOA-determined closings** Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
