Please no Alcohol also. This is a very cool setting as my home is close to Montezuma Castle and Well, and a short journey to the Red Rocks of Sedona. I am available for information if you wish. Very spacious, quiet, and located on a very nice, smooth, dirt road This is a large, newly remodeled, bedroom with a New Serta Queen Mattress. Room features a new ceiling fan, sunny windows, a full double closet with hangers, and musical decorations. Luxurious bedding covers the bed with a new comforter. You have the use of a full bathroom right next to the room. I have a cat here in the space. You will have access to all the parks and monuments here in the Verde Valley. I can provide you with maps and Red Rock Pass, to get you into all of the parking areas in Sedona/Red Rock Country. I have extensive knowledge of the area and all it has to offer. I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the area. I am a quarter of a mile from Beaver Creek, and there are some very nice hiking trails not far from the house. I will show you.This is a birding paradise. So many species of birds come through here and nest here as well. Yes, as posted I am located on a dusty dirt road, but it's worth the drive and the carwash. I am located about three miles from I- 17 down Beaver Creek Rd. and then another mile down a dusty dirt road. Easy access to Red Rock Country and Northern Arizona.The Grand Canyon is about three hours away. This is where my Tour service may come in handy. It gets hot in the summer, so bring water bottles, even if you do not plan to hike. There is clean water for consumption available right here. Also bring water shoes and bathing attire. There are many creeks available to swim in and hike along. PLEASE no cooking, smoking of any kind in the guest room. There is a dining table available for your use. No open flame in the guest room...ie. candles of any kind. Thank you
