It was the first house to be built in the area in 1747 and was owned by the same family for 6 generations. The house is perfect for winter getaways and with just a few days you will go back relaxed and recharged. If you have a week even better because there is a lot to do in the area. There are several ski resorts within 15 minutes of the house including Mountain Creek. Great for groups of friends looking to spend some time together for the holidays. Grab a glass of wine, pick one of the many couches and stretch out by the fireplace. Roasting chestnut pan included! The house has 4 very large bedrooms, a gracious hallway and 3 reception rooms. It is 4,000 square feet in total and has its original details. The kitchen is fully equipped -- and is great for group cooking and entertaining.
