Beach Get Away for Two

This efficiency condo is located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. It is one block from the beach and walking distance to the island grocery, coffee shop, surf shop, restaurants, bars, and fishing pier. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. It's perfect for a couple to get away. Stock up and relax. You won't have to get back into the car! The space The condo has been renovated with a new kitchen area and bath including a washer/dryer. The kitchen has a sky light, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Purified water, paper products, linens, shampoo, and soaps are provided. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. It includes a Keurig coffee maker and pods, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, hand blender, wine opener, etc. The condo has WiFi and keyless entry. The wide kitchen counter and comfortable bar stools can be used as a working space. There is one designated off street parking space numbered 204. Guest access The condo is on the second floor close to the common rotunda with a slight view of the ocean and sound. Email will be sent before check in which will include the entry codes to the building and condo. Other things to note When leaving, don't lock the condo door from the inside. You don't have a key to the dead bolt. Use the key pad lock on the outside of the door. Besides placing trash bags behind the building, there is a city trash bin in front of the building. Tightly latch the outside glass door so wind does not damage the door.
