The space The studio is attached to our main house but is completely private with it's own separate private entrance. It is one great room that has a full kitchen, queen bed, love seat couch, and Smart TV. A short hallway leads to the bathroom, making it very private. There is a private patio with pergola, outdoor table, sofa, and a grill. This is a great spot for your next weekend getaway. Guest access There is a fully enclosed private patio area which features an outdoor grill/BBQ as well as seating for two. Other things to note Service animals, emotional support animals and pets: This property has been granted an Airbnb assistance animal exemption due to health and safety concerns related to the owner who resides on the property. Pets and assistance animals cannot be accommodated at this listing. If guests bring animals on property their reservation will be canceled as well as charged a $250 deep cleaning fee.
