Enjoy a unique barndominium stay. The creative open concept style is great for relaxing with friends and family and also ideal for photo and video shoots. Our personal home is directly beside the shop and we will be available as much or as little as desired. The farm is nestled halfway between downtown Franklin and historic Leipers Fork. It's a short drive to music, restaurants, and true southern culture. It's not far from I65 and Highway 840, with access to all of Nashville and the surrounding area. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property without prior approval The space With an industrial farmhouse feel, the large common area is a great multi-purpose space that is ideal for gatherings or fun relaxation. It is also a great creative space for photo/video work both inside and around the property! The Shop is located 30 ft from our main residence so there is a good chance you will see us coming and going, doing chores, kids playing outside etc. Our home office is also located in The Shop, but with a separate entrance. It is used primarily on Mondays, Fridays and some weekdays in the morning. Due to the confidential nature of my husband's work, a sound machine is always running when the office is in use to ensure privacy on both sides. Guest access We have a large yard with a playset, tire swing and plenty of space to explore. Our farm animals love visitors, and we are glad to include guests in farm chores, we simply ask that guests learn proper safety guidelines before entering the barn or caring for any animals. Other things to note Please be mindful of any children or animals while coming up the driveway.
