This lower level apartment has an outside entrance into a large well-lite living space. There are large closets and a full laundry. The kitchen is fully furnished for your convenience. It is available for long-term rentals for those escaping the snow or business executives here on assignment. We are located 2 miles from Southern Adventist University in a quiet neighborhood. It is a perfect place for parents or guests of University students to stay while visiting their students. There is a lovely patio outside of the front door that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax with your morning coffee (in warm weather) or cool breezes in the evening. The door is on a key pad, so you can come and go as desired. It would be my hope that I could greet each of you personally. However, that may not always be possible. In case of necessity, someone can be available to address any concern you may have. My home is a quiet neighborhood where families enjoy walking. There are several hiking trails near-by and the Collegedale/Ooltewah community is thriving with great eateries. We are within 10 minutes of Hamilton Place Mall and Volkswagen plant We are located in a semi-country setting and you will need your own transportation to access area activities. There is adequate parking for your vehicle. House rules: 1. Because others live in the house, it would be appreciated if it would be quiet after 10 p.m. 2. There is no smoking or drinking allowed on premises 3. No parties please
