It is available for long-term rentals for those escaping the snow or business executives here on assignment. The space We are located 2 miles from Southern Adventist University in a quiet neighborhood. It is a perfect place for parents or guests of University students to stay while visiting their students. Guest access There is a lovely patio outside of the front door that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax with your morning coffee (in warm weather) or cool breezes in the evening. Other things to note House rules: 1. Because others live in the house, it would be appreciated if it would be quiet after 10 p.m. 2. There is no smoking or drinking allowed on premises 3.
