The French Quarters at The Beach

Come to the beach & bring your pet with you fee free! Your home will be the top townhouse of a 2 story duplex with a partial ocean view. You have a livingroom/dinning combo with french doors to the porch, grill, & yard, 2 bedrooms, a full well equipped kitchen, and laundry. There is a beautiful park on 2 sides with walking trail, play equipment, tennis & basketball courts. Walk distance to the beach, to fine & casual dining, and a 5 minute bike ride to downtown. The railroad is behind the park. The space The house is decorated with a casual New Orleans jazz theme. You have both Wifi & satellite tv. If you like trains you will love this house! The tracks run just behind the park and the trains come through several times both during the day and night. They whistle at the crossings. We have private parking including space for a long car trailer for Crusin the Coast. We don’t charge a pet fee. Besides the beach and many great local dining options there are lots of other attractions including casinos, museums, shopping, golf, etc. All are minutes away. Guest access We meet and greet all of our guests to make sure they have the best experience possible. You will have the whole upstairs townhouse to yourself with your own front and back doors, along with a large unfenced front yard and private parking. Other things to note 1. We meet and greet all our guests at check in, show them around , & provide them with their door code at this time. 2. Guest must message us in the AirB&B app 30 minutes prior to arrival for checking in. 3. The 3rd bed is a twin size hotel type rollaway bed. 4. The living room couch is NOT a pullout. 5. There are two bedrooms. One has a king bed, the other has a queen bed. 6. Trains come through both day & night & whistle at the crossings. 7. You will have the top floor townhouse of a 2 story duplex. 8. The house has a beautiful park on two sides. 9. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach.
