Breathtaking Ocean View! Quiet, Romantic, Clean!

Rarely available for rent. My home is your gateway to an amazing ocean view. The living room is spacious, with huge windows facing the ocean. The decor has a beach feel, the deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset. It is a 5 minute walk to Seacliff State Park beach, great restaurants & Nisene Marks Redwood forest. Bike rental offered near trail. This is not a vacation rental, but is my home and sanctuary. Please only quiet guests who will be happy to respect the serenity of this space. The space This is an upstairs unit of a 4-plex, and single level so it feels like a house, not a condo. The view is spectacular and the space is open, airy and bright. You cannot hear anybody and at night you can hear the ocean! Parking available on street only, no carport parking please Guest access I have a realtors Lock Box attached to the front door. You will be given a code to use for opening the box to access the key. Parking on the street, no garage or carport parking, sorry. Other things to note Our neighborhood has low water pressure and this is out of my control. I hope this doesn’t cause you an inconvenience and that the ocean view makes up for that. I have a nice piano, you are welcome to play it after 10 am and before 10 pm. Please don't put any food or drinks on top of it. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES AT THE FRONT DOOR, the carpeting is very light and I like to keep it clean and keep the sand outside. THANK YOU!
