Beautiful home on the bluffs of Carver. Quick access to Highway 212 allowing a quick commute to the twin cities area. Private room and bathroom in the lower level of our home. Queen memory foam bed with adjustable base and My Pillow pillows. Cozy Cuddle Dud sheets to keep you warm in the Minnesota winter or cool crisp sheets in the summertime. The space TV with FireStick in room. Desk, chair, dresser and closet in room. Private bathroom. Family room is a shared space and regularly used by homeowner. Guests belongings cannot be left in shared space. Refrigerator available in the family room area (no freezer) for guest refreshments. Must love our golden retriever, as she will be your friend! Coffee, tea and beverages available. Continental breakfast available if requested at booking. Pets considered. Guest access Shared spaces include family room. Personal items may not be left in the shared space with the exception of use of the refrigerator in the bar area. During your stay We work from home and are readily available during the day and available via text/telephone anytime. We love to get to know our guests, but respect your privacy as well. Other things to note We do have a few house rules. No smoking on the property. Please provide the identity of all persons requesting accommodations. Any special requests or plans be presented before reserving. Must like dogs! A young Golden Retriever (lots of energy) and an older Beagle live here and another Golden Retriever is often visiting. This is their home and they are members of our family. The space is not suitable for long term stays. Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. If you are returning after 10 PM please let us know. We love to host and enjoy making new friends, so thank you in advance for these considerations.
