Kitchen utensils, soaps, cleaning supplies, linens & towels provided. Dogs ok, NO Cats. Close to hospital and Tampa Premier Outlet Mall. Walk to dinner, the gym, salon, bar, and much more. Family-friendly neighborhood with a 1.5-mile walkable loop. Enjoy a community pool, hot tub and exercise area. No smoking. Minimum 45-day stay. The space The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that doesn't have much through traffic. Very close to Wiregrass Mall and Tampa Premium Outlets. The backyard is adjacent to a nature preserve so expect to see plenty of Florida wildlife, which includes hawks, opossums, raccoons, gators, turtles, snakes, vultures, foxes, frogs, lizards, and squirrels. No fence, but there is a dog cable to attach to your dog's collar to allow them to roam freely and safely. I provide plenty of towel, linens, cleaning supplies, detergent, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. You will have enough paper products to last about 2 weeks and then are responsible to purchase your own. My hope is that moving into the home won't require you to purchase a whole bunch of supplies. I have things like spices, aluminum foil, rags, dog towels, coffee, sugar, and laundry supplies. Guest access You will have the entire home and driveway to yourself. You will have shared access to the community center's pool, hot tub and exercise area. A cleaning company will come once a month. Please have any clutter picked up so they may clean and sanitize. You do not have to be home during the cleaning. Since this house is rented all year long, standard maintenance appointments could happen during your stay such as: Pest Control HVAC Maintenance Water Heater Maintenance
