Other things to note *Palm Springs REQUIRES us to take a copy of your ID, as well as a signature after reading the PS Good Neighbor Policy.* In booking with us, you agree to these terms. **If so desired, pool heat is $75per day. ***A dog fee is required of $100 for first dog, and $50 for second dog. Please remember that you are renting a home, and not staying at a hotel. Our pool is cleaned two times a week - Mondays and Fridays. If you would like the pool cleaned an additional day, we will do our best to make this happen. The fee is $65 dollars. Please note that Palm Springs is windy 300 out of 365 days. Our gardener services our home on Wednesdays. Pool and gardening service can not be cancelled.
