This elegant and modern semi - detached villa offers peace and tranquility perched high atop the hill of Dikastika in HISTORIC MARATHON above the sparkling blue waters of the Aegean sea, giving its guests an exclusive bird’s eye view of the surrounding landscape and nearby islands. The space Designed with an eclectic architectural taste, this semi-detached villa is built to provide absolute comfort and relaxation fitting like a glove into the amazing rural scenery that surrounds it, making it the perfect place for families or a group of friends. Located on the entire ground floor has 6 bedrooms with 6 private bathrooms plus an attic with a double Japan bed and can accommodate up to a max of 22 persons within 450 square meters. With the excellent climate of Attica region our guests can enjoy swimming in the pool most of the year, however during the colder days there is a possibility to heat our pool for you upon request with supplement charge. The villa offers an indoor SPA (extra cost apply) that includes a sauna ,jacuzzi & a steam bath. Marathon Blue is super spacious with a 100 mbps high-speed WiFi. There is a very well equipped sports & fun room (darts, cross gym, kids climbing wall ,2 static indoor magnetic bikes), aerial yoga indoor and outdoor equipment for up to 14 people and also 3 positions of outdoor split silks. A surround music system with a 2 mics for Karaoke fun nights and much more !! Guest access The outdoor spaces include a dining & sitting area with BBQ equipment, which invites guests to gaze for hours at the marvelous scenery below. The swimming pool which will be an everyday reminder that the gray days of winter are long gone and a warm, exciting summer has just begun. Other things to note The crystal clear turquoise blue flagged certified waters of Schinias Bay is 5 minutes driving from the property. Discover our private natural beaty hidden rocky bay, 10 minutes walking distance, or enjoy one of the organized sandy beaches and bars of Schinias Bay. Marathon has very fertile soil and therefore many plant nurseries, vineyards and agriculture can be found in the area and you can enjoy the fresh & biological local products.
