Enjoy extremely convenient access to local restaurants and shops, Teton Village skiing, the Moose-Wilson Road entrance to Grand Teton National Park, area attractions, and the town of Jackson. 🫎 Experience the abundant wildlife in The Aspens: moose, deer, fox, and even bear can be spotted from our deck. 🌲Landscaping- The back view landscaping visible from our deck consists of towering mature Aspens and pine trees along with Canadian red select cherry, native quaking aspen, blue pine, willow, blue steel Russian sage, fire dragon maiden grass, Korean feather reed grass, lilac, amongst other seasonal greenery that attracts local wildlife. 🗾 No car, No problem- The simply spectacular Jackson Hole area may be the gateway to the best national parks and luxury skiing yet in just a 2-5 minute walk from our front door you can walk to the gourmet Aspen Market, Teton Sports Club with its outdoor pool and hot tub (under renovation in 2024), Pilates, Yoga, bank with ATM, Sudashi Japanese restaurant, Persephone French bakery and restaurant, hair and beauty salons, dry cleaner, UPS, and other cute shops in The Westbank Center. The Teton Pines Country Club is neighboring for Nordic and skate skiing (I put put my skis on my shoulder and walk there in just a few minutes), golf, tennis, and dining . You’ll remember our truly one-of-a-kind, unique and well appointed western condo for years to come! 🎯 LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION- Our top Woodlands townhome/condo is situated in a cul de sac right up front at The Aspens at The Jackson Hole Racquet Club which is the first full service community past Teton Village "the mountain" and about four-five miles door-to-door by car. Don't be fooled by other rental condos in the back of the Aspens community that boast using the free shuttle bus. The Aspens does offer a free shuttle bus around the community and to the Village, but it runs about every 45 minutes, with a lunch break. 🚍 However, since our premiere Woodlands area is right in the front of The Aspens, you don't have to rely on the Aspens shuttle bus and wait for it to arrive-- you can easily walk about the equivalent of a city block to the public START bus that runs very frequently-- it's $1 to the Village and $3 to the Town of Jackson or Snow King Resort- another ski area in town. ❄️🥗The convenience of being right up front in The Aspens community is a terrific perk on icy days and frigid nights (or if you simply want a quick run to the grocery or liquor store). Of course a car is great in Jackson Hole, but city slickers can certainly get around with public transportation and a quick walk right from our front door. 🚗 Parking spaces for TWO CARS is directly in front of our home- a real plus during the winter. If you should have an additional car or a trailer, RV, truck, boat, or anything larger or other than a normal sized car there is alternate parking very close by although The Aspens doesn't permit oversized vehicles. HOC regulations are strictly enforced. 🧺 Longer Stays
 For extended stays, a mid-stay cleaning is required to maintain the health of the home and a clean, comfortable environment. Stays longer than two weeks require cleaning every 13 days; stays of one to two weeks require weekly cleaning. This service is billed separately at our standard cleaning fee. House rules require that the home be left in the same condition as received at arrival. This includes taking out garbage and organizing laundry as outlined in the house manual, as well as maintaining all home items in their original spot. Any damage, loss, or additional cleaning required at departure will be charged accordingly. 😊 We are purposely owner operated so no pesky miscommunication or false promises with vacation rental management companies that so often happens. We are here to try to do our best to accommodate you so you can feel at home in our home so please don’t be shy about asking questions. Our Jackson Hole vacation rental is right near the children's playground in the Aspens and the Jackson Hole Community Pathway where you can bike, Rollerblade, or take a scenic walk. The Aspens also offers a small playground for children, complete with swings and monkey bars. 🏘️ Area Info- Supermarket, liquor store, fine dining, coffee shop with delicious bakery goods, athletic center with outdoor pool, day spa, Pilates studio, yoga studio, wellness center, massage, hair and makeup salons, ATM banking, UPS/mail center, independent book store, boutique, even an aesthetic medical practice. And... The newly updated Pathways for biking or walking, area buses, and other conveniences in the complex are all less than a five minute walk from our front door-- you can't beat that for a Jackson Hole vacation! We're also a three minute walk to the Teton Pines country club entrance for golf, tennis, cross country skiing, and fine dining!
