The space BEDROOMS This multi-level home features 4 distinct bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Primary Suite (Upper Floor): A serene retreat featuring a luxurious King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): Features a comfortable King bed and its own private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 (Lower Floor): Great for kids or singles, this room is outfitted with two Twin beds and one Full bed, plus a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 (Lower Floor): A roomy setup featuring two Queen beds, with quick access to the full bathroom located right in the hallway. BATHROOMS The home includes 4.5 clean, fully stocked bathrooms ensuring everyone has plenty of space to get ready in the morning. Fully stocked with hotel-grade towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in all showers. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a hearty post-ski dinner, featuring beautiful countertops and modern appliances. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed. •Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee. •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules.
